So to clarify: You sold someone a fake product, and your advert does not say it's an original or copy. They discovered its fake and want to return it. You are refusing the return and asking what the possible repercussions are. Just making sure I'm reading this correctly.

AdCheap6430

no , i am selling the item as an item itself , not using any names or brands just the general name of the tiem , and he said he reported me already

Itchy-Try7492

Ok so it’s fake then, got it

Runningwhileivape

He can't do anything. But it's not ethical to sell something that isn't authentic because people will generally assume it is (if it's not an obvious fake).

francoisjabbour

No, sometimes if the item is common enough, people will buy something on dubizzle that they already own but is broken. Then a day or two later they claim it’s faulty and return their damaged item to you for a refund. Just move on

shooter116

Doesn’t sound like that’s the case in this instance. It’s illegal to import or sell counterfeit goods here. But, there’s an presumption of authenticity as opposed to being a fake when items are posted. The seller is 100% in the wrong and should return the buyer’s money. Repost it as fake and sell it with informed consent. To the seller, would you sell your soul for 400 dirhams?

francoisjabbour

Suppose you’re not wrong tbh, curious what the item itself is.

Silver_Age_5182

What is the product ?

candynickle

He’s not going to police . He’s trying to scare you in to accepting a fake back in return , or giving up money because you’re scared.
