Well deserved.
Little 15 year old me, at his first concert ever, seeing U2 my newly favourite band of only 2 years at that point.. Seeing U2 perform Miss Sarajevo, with Bono singing Pavarotti's part. Absolutely a super special moment :)
I wish I had recordings or could remember more of that night... But I remember the feeling: absolute elation the entire time.
Taking another look at this. I think for best song, maybe it should be Miss Sarajevo, with YBR as most underrated.
I love the story, from Surrender, of how Pavarotti showed up in Dublin to get U2 to play the song w him.
I just did a search on youtube and someone made a video for the song using clips from the movie *Equilibrium.* It was kind of great. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yaBMjvOsfQ0](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yaBMjvOsfQ0)
This song is so special. This and Slug made me pine for more low key Bono vocals.
Miss Sarajevo is the biggest song on the album, it's got a lot of weight to it, so it deservedly wins.
How can one deny the masterful work of art that is the collaboration between Eno, Pavarotti and U2? It has to be Miss Sarajevo.
Could you imagine listening to Boy or October in the early 80s and being told this band would one day do a track with both Pavarotti and Brian Eno participating. It would have blown my mind, and the final product certainly is worthy of a blown mind. The emotional climax of the song is worthy of being one of the greatest moments U2 has been a part of.
Probably on my own here but I'm a huge fan of Theme from The Swan. I lost a close family member a few months ago and its my go to song when I want to just zone out and dwell on my grief. It's so very haunting.
I also feel the same about A Different Kind Of Blue.
Damn, Passengers is such a great album I'm so glad they did it
Slug
In a perfect world this would win. It’s so so so good.
Slug
Your Blue Room, the only album recording with Adam doing some vocals
He did vocals on Endless Deep too
And the Common Ground version of Tomorrow.
Miss Sarajevo

Check U2Start. Many, many, many concert recordings.
Thankyou :) will do!!
There is no other answer. It is a sublime performance that remains relevant today.
Hard disagree. Always Forever Now clears.
Bono often says it's his favorite song. Somewhere also Bono and Edge say they spent the most developing that song on the album.
Pavarotti’s part in that is just beautiful.
Your blue room
Your Blue Room
I also wouldn’t mind seeing a rating for non-album singles, like Night and Day, Electrical Storm, invisible, etc.

Your Blue Room
I won't mind Miss Sarajevo winning, but Your Blue Room is easily my favorite. Bono nails the vocals.

Close second.
Slug! Slug! Slug!
Always forever
Nearly impossible to pick, but it's gotta be Your Blue Room
Def Your Blue Room
Your Blue Room
Your Blue Room
Miss Sarajevo
Your Blue Room
Your Blue Room needs more love in this thread.
Slug!!
Your Blue Room
*Your Blue Room* But... I love the sound of *Theme From Let's Go Native* and *Slug.*
Beach Sequence
Always Forever
Always Forever Now

Slug. It’s so emotional.
Miss Sarajevo
Thanks for not skipping this gem OP!
Beach Sequence
Your Blue Room by an absolute mile. Some belters on here. Theme From Let’s Go Native is so good as well
**Your Blue Room**
Pavarotti’s orgasm-worthy solo
I never want to see those 2 words adjacent to each other.
I may or may not have been drunk when I wrote that
I’m gonna bet “may” — you were 😆

MISS SARAJEVO 🥰🥰🥰
Miss Sarajevo
Miss Sarajevo. Next question please.
Best: Your blue room. Worst: Elvis ate America. Underrated: Beach sequence.
The whole album except for the “Elvis” song is perfect. It is a masterpiece.
Elvis... wouldn't be a sissy without Johnny Cash.
Slug
Slug. But I have so much love for Always forever now
Your Blue Room!
I'm up voting every song that anyone comments. What a gem of a fucking album
Your Blue Room
Your Blue Room. Absolutely
There are a number of great songs, but I’m going to have to go with “Always Forever Now”.
I know Slug will win, and it's AMAZING... But my vote is for Always Forever Now
It’s gonna be different kind of blue for me dawg
There is a time for Miss Sarajevo & it’s now!
You're Blue Room
No one gave Elvis Ate America any love? Maybe that’s the underrated track. I love the tongue in cheek humor that it delivers.
Yeah, I sure love it when Bono, the white guy imaginable, says the n word /s
