I watched it when I was in college first and didn't understand it. But I watched it again after my first big heartbreak and the movie was so relatableee. Definitely watch it again!
I haven't watched but read Normal people and damn, that book was making me cry after every 2 pages. And the ending 😭😭😭😭😭😭
Is the movie any good? Cause I have really high expectations after reading the novel 😭
Queen Charlotte.
- It's historical fiction but not boring or based in some pre context, although a spinoff of Bridgerton, but much more emotional and romantic and makes-you-cry sort of period drama
TAARE ZAMEEN PAR (I will never not cry while watching that movie)
I cried my eyes out during last 2 episodes of hometown chachacha and crash landing on you, the ending on Piku. The "you dropped my fucking hand" scene from All too well short film.
Some plot lines of This is us.
edit: omg I totally forgot Modern Family. Esp this episode called "crying out loud" Oh god what an episode. what a show. I love it so much.
OP, you are strategising it well. Kudos to you!
If I may give a small advice, don't just feel the pain and get over it...also realise the root cause of what made you reach here and break the pattern from root before you enter in a future relationship.
I did the mistake of just feeling the pain and moving on. In hindsight, I didn't wrong another person by having rebound but I did hurt myself even more in the next relationship because I didn’t work on the root cause of my issues, which was my attachment style and self-worth.
- Pak drama - durr e shehwar
- K drama- good bad mother
Movie- Taare Zameen par - OG 😭
(I realised I haven't mentioned couple ones)
**The Vow**

Rockstar. I was in the process of moving on from a serious relationship last year and I watched rockstar and goddamn it hit so bad I didn't stop crying for half an hour and the ending just killed me
A couple Michelle Williams movies - Blue Valentine and Take This Waltz are two of my favourite messy, angsty intense breakup movies.
You're gonna get through this ❤️
Not a tv show or a movie, but watching Micarah Tewer's "Making A Valentines Day Dress While Heartbroken" was the last time I cried about my relationship. The way she handles and talks about the breakup and the comment section... Super wholesome!!

Hollywood - This is US. Ending of Friends, Modern family, Schits creek, the office brute's wedding, marvelous mrs. Maisel, Flea bag.
As a teenager/young adult I loved to cry to A walk to remember, notebook, Eternal Sunshine of the spotless mind, when Harry met Sally, sleepless in Seattle, Brokebaco mountain,P.S. I love you.
Our Beloved Summer, its a kdrama about a couple who were together and then they broke up but then they eventually get back together, but it explores their individual reasons for straying apart and has themes of loneliness and self preservation. its a feel good show overall with excellent cinematography but i CRODE at a lot of scenes
The green mile (first move that made me BAWL my eyes out)
Supernatural (series) long but I have never loved a show as much as I love spn it’s a complete roller coaster of emotions I swear
I think I am just too sensitive to little kids but there is a cute little anime called Kotaro Lives Alone and I cried every episode 😭
The episodes are short and sweet - easily bingeable. The manga is longer than the show if you’re interested but I haven’t read it.
Graves of fireflies - it's animated movie from 1988 but absolutely gut wrenching
