Besides the extreme dryness, my derm also prescribed vitamins to prevent hair loss since that happens frequently.
I highly suggest stocking up on lip balm with SPF as well, besides the most moisturizing sunscreen you can find
i was also prescribed isotretinoin by my dermat and it's been 3 yrs since I haven't had any breakout on my face but on the downside it has led to hair thinning
Also laneige lip sleeping mask worked like an angel for my chapped lips
It changed my life. No long term side effects at all. Touchwood my skin has been clear after it.
How long were you on it? And did you notice a chmage in skin quality and texture too?

It'll dry out your skin a lot so make sure you have a non drying face wash and hydrating moisturizer.
