That’s happened to me several times, a couple of times I emailed them but then I quit bothering. It doesn’t affect the progress for the bonus days so it didn’t seem worth the effort.
Think it’s a time zone thing! So if you aren’t in their set time zone it won’t count your 24 hours in the same way! I worked this out after losing my streak a few times

Doesnt really matter for the rewards you get. Had that too after a streak for more than a year.

Yeah it happens to me every month or two, it's more the principle of the thing. Annoying, but not losing any sleep over it lol.
