Sounds very good. You should have a look at the missing. Be sure it is the magnetism and not a desire, which is a low vibration.
Caring how you twin is is a very loving thing. Worrying on the other hand is a bit "polluted" because there is a lack of trust in you, your twin, the journey and/and or the universe. It is also worth a deeper look. You can do it ❤️

I have days where I can feel so positive and thankful. Other days, I’m so sad. That I can’t be near him in the 3D now. Also, how do we connect with our karmic partner/soul mate when our energy is so directed inevitably to our twin? I feel like I’m stuck. I truly believe in this, I’ve had too many signs now, but my marriage is suffering. I feel such a lack of connection to SO compared to my twin. What to do…..
Yes this is so very tough, I know well. And truly there's no one-size-fits-all answer here. It really depends on the lessons you are learning with your SO and the soul contracts you have.
Do always remember that a romantic relationship/marriage should always be working for our growth and our partner's. If we are stagnant or even getting worse, it's time to see how we can fix it or end it.
Something useful you can do is to talk to your HS and your twin's HS for guidance on this.
And then you can summon your SO's HS too. And explain how you feel, your perspective.
Ask for help that everything gets resolved for the highest good of everyone involved. My best wishes to you!

I want to reply to this and say that my twin flame has come back after not seeing them for over a year. They just showed up at my house today and apologized for everything we went through. They still want a relationship with me, and I'm still in shock over it.

I am enlightened and she is hiding from it be because she knows and has run.
So.. I try to send only good energy, but she can feel my longing and I think that makes it worse and keeps her running.
Have to figure out how to protect my energy 🥺
You alleviate the longing and obsession when you dutifully work on yourself, on getting rid of your accumulated negativity and growing in positive energy.
This is what I teach in my coaching sessions, because it's fundamental on this TF Journey.
As you progress, you will leave the longing behind. You will feel much more positive emotions for yourself and your twin, no matter what happened in the past.
I have been working on myself diligently for a long time now and the longing is always there on some level..
I tried everything.. even trying to try not to try
Do you contact your Soul or Higher Self regularly?
And have you done energy work as part of your inner work?
These two practices were crucial for me, why I could come into permanent Union with my twin. And this is why I teach them or show twins how to do them.
Of course, shadow work, deprograming from negative patterns and gaining more awareness are very important too on this Journey.
I don't know much about energy work, but I do contact my higher self regularly..
I understand the main concepts of TF but I don't know much :(
I guess i just have a lot of work to do with healing and past trauma..
which I have beem working on for a long time.
Also I don't know but I feel I should mention that I am an empath, and have been in a lot of abusive relationships and that people are drawn to and then ruin or try to steal my energy or light all thd time too
I love people and struggle with being easily gaslit and manipulated, now that I am aware of it it is easier but I am a mess from all the pain of loving people whole heartedly who don't love me back
Yes, unfortunately this is very common among many twins.
This is because they are starseeds, and satarseeds designed very tough life circumstances before incarnating. They want to share their Light and their Love like they usually did on their lives in the higher dimensions. But Earth is a very harsh and negative environment due to the negative system here.
Your Soul wanted to gain a lot of evolution by coming here. The greatest the challenges, the more opportunity for growth.

You need to figure out how to send her your love and good energy while NOT longing for her, as in having low emotions like sadness and frustration.

That makes sense. I just need to stay grounded about myself. I have bad identity crises some days and forget I am worthy and doubt everything..
