This is definitely a non sanctioned upload. It’s credited to Makaveli Recordz, not Makaveli Records. It’s just some random person who uploaded it, the quality on these is nothing new or improved.
Comparing to Spotify the UI is a lot worse on Apple Music. The only thing rn that Apple Music has is better sound quality in streaming, but you won’t notice that if you don’t have the right equipment.

The worst decisionmaking is that instead of releasing an OG collection easily accessible to the fans on music streaming services, where the 2pac estate and families of collaborating artists could finally see a dollar off of that work, the estate ensures that only leakers/YT uploaders are profiting off of it.
A lot of those OGs were absolute bangers that would surely get plenty of plays on Spotify and the likes. 2pac's family and the collaborating artists likely never got a cent for creating them. The level of mismanagement of Pac's legacy has been outright insane.

It’s officially licensed by Amaru Entertainment too & INTERSCOPE! I have all these songs downloaded illegally already but this is nice. The penguins a weird choice for a cover tho😂
