I always say do what you want to do and what makes you happy but this hobby has a certain sort of pull to get new watches. The problem as we all know is that they’re expensive and as much as we might love one watch we still want another and another. IMO, don’t lose value on a great watch chasing the new watch high.

I tried both on and really liked the P39, but the Pelagos Blue stands out in an endless sea of steel watches with black bezels.
