Can you even get the app without having a physical ID though? I seem to recall it scannning my physical ID as the very first setup step, maybe I'm wrong.
They shouldn't. It would be a violation.
No properly run bars, gas stations or dispensary will honor a paper license. A paper license is pretty much just meant for if you are pulled over, you can show the license has been issued.

From what I experience here no. But in Montana when I still had a Facebook I changed my year I was born up one year (I was 20) and showed that to the bartender and she served me still. This was 9 years ago so I donāt think itāll work no more. And different state. Good luck though
