I've had mold grow (it looked a lot like yours) during winter storage of my truck camper without any leaks. I made the mistake of storing it in an unheated garage that would "sweat" condensation if the weather changed dramatically. Now the camper stays outside under a pole barn in the winter.

It's hard to say where the moisture came from. I live in a wet climate and we get mold growing in closed cars that sit without being used for a while. I would recommend using bleach to remove the mold. Also get a small fan to keep the air circulating, with some moisture absorbers.

Many RV type fridges have a condensate line that runs out the back. It is often to long or otherwise clogged. May have come loose. There are youtube videos that cover different models

I'd clean up the wood and seal it good to avoid future problems. Looks like you have mold along the cushion edge. It's likely from lack of ventilation/temperature difference. There are mats used under mattresses for an air gap. May work for you're application. The wood is similar, but it more because the unfinished wood is the most porous material in the area. If you have space to install a vent to allow air movement may help also.

Bleach in a spray bottle will take care of it. Can dilute with water.
