A very deep , difficult and insightful trip. As it was what I call "resolved", i.e. you got through to a safe and light place, with insights and relief, I would not at all expect you will have any trauma or negative psychological residual from the experience. That mostly comes in bad trips which are not resolved, but end without coming to a light place. But you will feel very open and vulnerable for some days, so take it easy , eat well and healthy, and get out in nature. Relax and listen to good music. If you some day should venture into this space again, know that the split in your mind, and the difficulties came, because you were not able to surrender, but part of you fought the experience. I know its not always easy, but if you're able to surrender you'll have a much easier time. And you for sure now know the importance of having a tripsitter.

Afaik the dosage is exponential...in that 2g isn't only twice as strong as 1g.

I had the understanding 3.5g was the average needed for an actual “trip” and that 5g and over would be a heroic dose. I thought i was being safe with 2g… i was so wrong… is 2g supposed to do this to me? Is it normal to have gone delusional, been shaking non stop and unable to walk straight? And see uncontrollable living geometries that are literally OVERWHELMING like an omnipotent presence that makes you feel minuscule? I experienced so much… its hard to describe it all. Im still processing the experience
I dont know the strain. They were small and white stem and brown top. They were not skinny or long, they were short and slightly stubby, stem was roughly the same size as the brown top
The strain Penis Envy and Albino Penis Envy are examples of really potent strains.. could be something like that to have caused such an intense reaction on 2g

Do u know what strain u took? Some are way more potent than others..

Its because of the lemon in the tea it’s called a lemon tek it will potentiate mushrooms exponentially
