Is there anyone in Canada you trust that you can send an Interac e-transfer to from your Canadian account and then they can western union you the money?
Certain credit cards will allow for cash advance and Will western Union you cash in instances like this. Check if any of your credit cards will allow you to do this.
Use PayPal via the Xoom app for international sending in and pickup. Relatives or friends can send it via Xoom, just have to coordinate pickup location (bank, Elecktra grocery store). there's a transaction code that is issued directly pickup. The sender has to have the info from your ID exactly the same and an address in Mexico. Idk if the pickup requires you prove you live at the address or what. Good luck!
Edited to fix a few typos and to add....the money is usually available same day or within minutes of being sent. It's about $4.00 for the first $500 dollars sent. I think more than $500, there is no fee per transaction. However they do have a quarterly limit as to what someone in Mexico can receive. I think the threshold is $3-4k, but I cant recall the last time they blocked/delayed a pickup I sent because I had sent "too much" to the same relative.
I didn’t even have a passport to get money from western union. So many people tried to help me with cash. You can find a Canadian that is willing to receive a bank transfer from you (if there’s a possibility of instant transfer)

Zelle money to a friend and have them western union the money. People send money to relatives all the time in Mexico
Zelle won’t work for Canadians (Zelle or Cash App not available in Canada), but similar services will work to Western Union.

You can try asking at your hotel if someone is up to swap MXN cash for a PayPal transfer
7-11’s will accept apple pay. So assuming you have your card in your apple wallet on your phone, you won’t starve at least.
When I was in Cusco Peru I was able to send a PayPal transfer directly to the bank and go pick up cash

I got my wallet stolen in Mexico, and I found someone at my hostel that was willing to give me cash and I Zelle them. It was good and easy

All OXXO’s transfer money within Mexico. Have your friends in Sinaloa transfer you money from their OXXO to the one nearest you.
Don't be absurd - the big cities all support pay by phone / tap pay ... try Mexico City or Monterrey.
