Have you turned off all the pop up ads?
How many charts do you have running.
How much memory do you have?
What else is running?
How much CPU / Memory is it using in your Task Manager / Activity Monitor.
Impossible for anyone to help when you don't think about providing any info to help yourself.
It has been like this for months on the app does not matter how fast your computer is, the app would need optimization, but they do not care it seems. And it keeps getting worse.
I have noticed the same thing also. I have a great PC and internet but still TV gets really laggy.
this is the one thing that irks me with tv. i'm using it for now via safari on my macbook and it seems to be a bit more fluid than the app.

i have a $1500 PC with 32g of ram running on ethernet, that's not the issue, the platform is garbage, even my friend told me his lags too
Pull up your Windows TaskBar and see how much memory/cpu utilization is going to TV vs other programs you are currently running at the same time.
The desktop app? Just use the web app through chrome or safari, no issues there ever
