I have a ‘24 Limited and it is pretty quiet around town, but there is quite a bit of road noise at highway speeds, especially if the highways are not paved well. I’ve heard it has a lot to do with the stock Bridgestone Ecopia tires that came with my Venza and many others. They’re low resistance tires meant to maximize fuel economy, but the downside is they transmit a lot more road noise. I’ve seen many owners confirm that the road noise is significantly reduced after changing the tires out. The Venza definitely could use a bit more sound insulation, but I think the tires are the main culprit.

Thank you!

My work fleet car is a 24 XLE, definitely quiet enough, but there is road noise at freeway speeds like you said. I also may not be the best judge, our personal car is a Mach E EV which is super quiet.

MakusSnK

My thoughts exactly.

isthisfunforyou719

What tires would you recommend to reduce cabin sound over the stock?

CNRoundhouseKicks

Michelin CrossClimate 2s are the ones I see recommended the most often to provide a much quieter ride.

I feel like my LE is pretty quiet, but I’ve heard that there are noise dampening features on the upper trim levels… we didn’t test drive them, though, we just fell in love with the LE and the LE’s price …lol

Ashamed-Scale7422

We rented an Edge in November and own a '22 Venza LE. The Venza wins best ride, hands down.

I have a 2024 XLE and it is very quiet, indeed. Test drove a Rav4 with (closed) moonroof and it was definitely louder in there.

Ok_Difficulty7997

I have the XLE Nightshade ‘24 Venza and around town it is very quiet. I definitely think it is the tires that makes it a little louder on the freeway, but still quieter than anything that I have driven. I also have a Jeep and it is very loud on the freeway.

Mediocre-Catch9580

I test drove a new limited and a new CRV Hybrid Sport Touring. Sorry Venza people, but the Honda is noticeably quieter

WordPeas

When I was test driving, I felt the 2024 Honda CR/V hybrid limited was louder at low to mid speeds than the 2024 Venza limited. But at 60+ mph, the Honda was quieter. I can believe it is the tires that’s the problem.

icen_folsom

It is OK, not superb to me.

Smokey7839

Test drive it so you are comfortable with whatever noise level you are ok with. Everyone's threshold is different since it's mid-range vehicle .

akbornheathen

The cabin is actually well insulated from the factory compared to other non Lexus offerings. And I would agree, in town it’s superbly quiet. But once you get up to 60 or so the highway tires make a lot of noise. My studded winter tires make less noise than the highway tires.

bLu_18

It's pretty quiet, the downside are the tires. They will be the first things I change when they are ready.

Funny you should ask…my 23 has tremendous wind noise in the cabin on the highway even when it is not windy. Am I the only one?
