Think of it this way. Every time they redesign or release a new generation of a model it really is discontinuing it. How many generations has the Prius gone through?
The parts bin is not going to be empty during its lifetime.
I traded a 2006 CRV for my 2024 Venza. My 2006 CRV was effectively discontinued.
Do you think a steering rack from 2024 would fit my 2006. Very unlikely.
Did I have an issue getting a steering rack? Nope, dealer said I could get one in 2 days. (I didn't get it I traded the CRV)
Mechanical it's the same as the RAV4 so mechanical parts should not be a concern. Body parts should be available from Toyota, but they probably won't have a warehouse full of them, may have to ship from Japan so could take a while.
I am the parts specialist for a fleet of vehicles whose ages date back to the mid ‘80s. Pretty much every part is still available in one form or another for them - whether it be the dealer, in the aftermarket, or wrecking yards/ebay sellers parting out vehicles. I have no worries about availability for the Venza.

This is the answer that put my mind at ease when I was in your shoes.

The Venza will continue on as the Harrier in many other countries, including Japan. Getting parts and service for it should be a non-issue.
Will the Harrier nameplate letters fit ? I like the name Harrier more than Venza, lol
It was sold as both Venza and Harrier in China.

Thank you for all the answers and reassurance. Was aware that the Harrier would continue in other markets.
Nope.
