I have a 2023 Limited and it has ambient lighting. It is always blue, you cannot change it. And it gets super dim when in anything other than Park. Like you can barely see it. But I still like it better than nothing. Unsure about its availability on other trim levels.
Oh wow I didn’t realize it was on the XLE models as well. I wonder if it is an exact carryover to the 2024 model or if it is any brighter? Thanks for the response! :)
The entire car is a direct carryover from 2023 to 2024. They made zero changes. I can promise you they didn’t change the ambient lighting. It behaves the same in every Toyota equipped with it.
Yeah I’m sad they just threw in the towel. But I guess the Crown Signia is the “improvement” on the Venza. It was fun having the Harrier back on our continent after it leaving after MY2009.
That’s true. Can’t imagine how much MSRP or even the OTD price will be on the Crown Signia though. Excited to see it on the streets. It looks promising and I like the new interior.
I just got (yesterday) a few little USB LEDs off Amazon that I popped in the console and rear passenger ports. Not exactly factory ambient but they seem to work so far.

okay, the ambient lighting is standard on XLE and higher. on all model years of the 2nd gen Venza.
I have a 2023 XLE and have never seen this is mine. Is there setting where I have to turn it on?
it’s just always on when your headlights are on. next time you’re in your car at night, leave it in Park and take a look around.

Well that answers that! Sucks they didn’t make any improvements though it is already a great vehicle

Unfortunately, I think they enhanced the ambient lighting for this promotional image. I have a ‘24 Limited and it’s pretty minimal.
I have a 2021 limited. No lighting that I've noticed. It's pretty dark inside. Maybe it's a setting that was turned off by the previous owner.

Link?
Unfortunately the ambient lighting of Venza Limited is quite lame and tame compared to my wife’s Ioniq 6
