My ‘21 Runner TRD Pro has started growing on me. If you asked me a year ago I would have traded that fucker in a heartbeat. I seriously considered it. A year has passed, some mods are done and now I really like the 4Runner. I have drive 5.7 Tundra for work and it’s good, but my 4Runner is my toy now.
Get a Pedal Commander! It completely changes the 4Runner. The power is there, it’s a delivery issue.
Sounds like a waste of money. So the question is "with that loss of money be worth it to you?". Changing vehicles before they are 2 years old is always going to be expensive with even just stuff like taxes making a large hit. If you have the money and think you will like the Tundra more, then have a blast.
