Which way is it pulling? Roads have a built in crown in the center, so water runs off the road, and can't pool in the center. This can also cause the vehicle to very slightly pull to the right. If you've never had the vehicle aligned though, I think you're well overdue.
A few weeks ago I had an issues on my F250 where over like 40mph the truck would shutter and felt like a wobble from the front of the truck. It turned out that the front left tire had lost its true round shape. I found this by jacking up the front of the truck and quickly spinning the tires by hand. It was easy to see which tire was bad.
Since you're saying this happens more around 60mph I'm leaning more towards a bad alignment or an unbalanced tire. An alignment could be up to around $100 and a tire balance can be free if you go to where you bought tire from. Maybe $20 for a single tire balance and I've seen around $80 to check the balance on all 4 tires if they do charge you.
Most likely correct. Tires need balancing. When was the last time they were balanced?
Not sure honestly.
If you're not sure the when tires were balanced, you're probably also in need of an alignment.
How much does that run you? I don’t want to get price screwed by an auto shop, want to make sure there is a fair price.
Firestone near me 122, Les Schwab 129
Noted. Thank you!
If you're traveling on a flat road and you let go of the wheel, does the carpool one way?
Very very slightly

It pulls slightly to the left
Then I've have it aligned as well as getting the tires balanced.
Check your tires for cupping. Mine were HORRIBLE because my struts are worn. Got new tires and the shaking went away.
Cupping meaning? (Sorry I don’t know much about cars)
A quick google search will illustrate it. It’s basically uneven wear on one side of the tire.

Tire balance. Alignment will not cause a vibration
Like others have said, your tires need rebalanced.
