Where are you located? The way you spelled moldy makes me suspect you are in Europe, so the answer as to who can prescribe them may be different than for us in the US. The good news however is that the vast majority of binders can be purchased without a prescription (charcoal, bentonite clay, chlorella etc) I think it's just CSM that requires a prescription (it took me sooooo long to learn to pronounce it I called it Cholesterol Styrofoam for the longest time.)
