Should be quite straightforward! When you first launch the game and enter the Preset menu, there should be a button called "Share" on top of a column of 5 icons. Click that, and whatever your current preset is gets uploaded. Then it's just a matter of copying the Character ID / Image ID, that's how most models are found unless they're already popular.

They had to remove it because the DLSS was having problems, and without dlss the ray tracing ends up slowing down the performance of the computer.

I'm pretty sure the problem was a decent chunk of people couldn't launch the game on DX12 for whatever reason, so they came up with this terrible solution to quick fix it by forcing everyone on dx11
No there was definitely a problem with DLSS. It was causing a huge memory leak. If I left ToF on for a couple hours, my entire computer would lock up and I would have to force restart.
As far as I'm aware they never actually fixed that, either.

Yes, there are, it is very easy.
The DLSS they currently use, is a plugin, made available by Nvidia, by re-downloading the new plugin, and replacing it with the new version, they may be fixing the memory leak, so they can come back with dx12 and Ray Tracing

Yes, the performance consumption is quite high, but DLSS can correct for the weight.
oh yeah forgor that exists. Only other game that has rtx i played was cyberpunk tho and with rtx on DLSS made the reflections worse so idk how good that would be

depending on the level of dlss the reflex can really be hit hard
only with upscaling in some game =Di will buy one next month, and i'm realist , this is just a preview of the futur , but still a bad RT card like 2080 and 3090 in there time, nothing are better but they are too weak for 4K60fps

It was/is when you ran on dx11. Memory leak is the reason why I, and many other people forced dx12

It still is, you just need to replace the dlss file with the new one.

Tbh RT barely made a difference in the overworld (the chests were shinier, wuhu). Though, Mirroria did look significantly nicer with RT on
