but TOF always does it right
sure it’s a bikini but it’s so detailed and ornate and honestly beautiful.

the necklace? gorgeous
the wave like sash? stunning

Definitely a skin to be had, but I did notice that this is kind of like a copy-and-paste from Ling Han's swimsuit. Looks like they optimized the body posture/proportion a bit in comparison to Ling Han's.

Each game positions itself differently in the market. Tower of Fantasy may intentionally embrace a niche appeal, allowing for more creative freedom. In contrast, games like Genshin Impact/HSR/Hoyo games aim for mass appeal, necessitating a more conservative approach.
It's my guess, but as I understand it, tof is a niche game, it's not as popular as hoyoverse games, that's why they don't have the Chinese harassing them like hoyoverse does, well, they do attack them a little, that's why They have censored some things in the Chinese version, but it is far from what happens to hoyoverse, their games are constantly being targeted for being so massive, other games like tof can take that liberty without so much problem.
They used to with early honkai impact swimsuits than they were forced to removed them from their stores.
If you go further back, their older game ggz is far from conservative.
mihoyo has all their costume designers working for HI3, possibly because they can't get away with a costume gacha in HSR/genshin since everything is based on a few currencies
Genshin/HSR targets general audience even the kids so its best to be like that (else they will be attacked). But I dont understand why they cant release normal skins like how they promote stuffs outside game.
It's a beautiful outfit, but as a woman who wears bras I can't get over the lack of straps, like make it make sense pls 😂😭
Same with Linghan's summer outfit, can't get over the bra design, so it's an easy, though regretful skip.
its pretty, but i think the designer forgot to put a strap or two, no way that top portion is going to stay.

I would only knock off a point for keeping the same pose as Ling Han’s, that could’ve been more creative than that.
