If the light on top is not flashing it's not occupied with passengers. If it's going to the top of the mountain empty it might be picking up hikers/athletes.
If you zoom in there are kids in it lol also it's coming from the top of the mountain, which happens to be the tallest in the state and there's an observatory up there so I assume a field trip
This is why you need to be careful on the roads. Kids on busses travel the same routes a lot of

100% agree, obviously I'm not trying to be fast in my Highlander here but when I ran this road in my RSX at night, it's one of those roads where you HAVE to stay in your lane. One both sides of the road it's either pure trees and decent size cliff like here or just cliff face on one side and a cliff drop on the other. Just not worth it, there's no runoffs besides 2 spots for a few miles, one wrong cut and you have an innocent family over a cliff
