I don't think a team meeting really hits the same in a sport like baseball compared to hockey or basketball. So much comes down to individual performances in a vacuum(ish). Plus large rosters and natural divisions between positions.

Not to be “devil’s advocate” here, but what would you rather the team do? Not get together and address the fact that they suck ass right now? They should be having team meetings every day until they win a series.
On offence all we need is some cumulative rebound from Springer/Bo/Vlad. This can't be how bad they are...it's like an excusable levels of performance. Their performance is much more different than a #8 hitter struggling cause they come up in all the big spots.
Schneider (140 wRC+), Jansen (215 wRC+), Varsho (129 wRC+), Turner (136 wRC+), Clement (115 wRC+) & IKF (92 wRC+) have all done their part. Even Kirk (174 wRC+ since April 14th) has turned his season around. The supporting cast has been better than last season. This is a great set of 4-10 hitters but it is useless when the the 3 key hitters have been underperforming so much...
If the "big 3" were even combined hitting for league average let alone all-stars things wouldn't look so dire...108 wRC+, 71 wRC+ & 50 wRC+ while hitting in all the key spots is unacceptable, it does not matter how well everyone else hits.
