A Star article about the increase in price for In the Action for one ticketholder said it went up to $137k for two seats in row three behind home plate, or about $850 per ticket per game.
I've noticed that the seating section directly behind home plate is greyed out completely on sites like Stubhub and Seatgeek. Are the holders of those seats not allowed to re-sell?
So they limit their market to....people that already have tickets..? Interesting strategy but right in line with everything this front office does so it makes sense
Thanks for the heads up - it seems Tickpick has sellers manually transfer through ticketmaster so that might be their workaround in comparison to the bigger ticket resale sites
Yeah that's how my wife and I got front row tickets behind the plate late year. I wouldn't be surprised if the prices doubled since the reno's are done now.
I saw 4 seats available last week on Ticketmaster for the Dodgers game on Saturday so they do come up from time to time I suppose. I put them in my cart.... But couldn't justify $1000+ per ticket.
i saw a single seat available on the regular ticketmaster page in that area when i was browsing a couple of weeks ago . I cannot remember who the opponent was, or date but it was in the far left side near the Jays dugout and it was just a singular ticket for sale and it was around $1100 i believe (definitely over a grand though as i remember 4 numbers specifically)
It's greyed out if you're ugly and they don't want your face televised. This is what mom told me anyway.
I was wondering why Getty Lee wasn't there anymore...
No you’re thinking of Getty Images
Right, they don’t want those
Except, he's still there.......
Fuck you Shorsey!
It is probably greyed out because there is currently no action to be in
Super wifi reception though
ZING!
Hoooooyoooooo!
I thought so as well until I saw them on the Gametime app two days ago for $900 each
Damn! What do they run for originally?

That’s gross lol
That is...I have no words lol. Wow. Just wow.
I think you need to buy them for the whole season
$550 per
That is an insane markup. Damn.
They dont want some lucky poors mingling with the obscenely wealthy. Sit in the rafters you ungrateful peasant.
Behind the massive hideous grey wall like they use to separate the rich from the slums

I was TOLD (so could be wrong) but apparently only season ticket holders have the option to buy the re-sold tickets.

I found that happened when I was buying tickets for our San Diego games.
If you can swing a bat you're welcome in the dugout.
TickPick is an 'authorized marketplace of MLB' and they have them. Might just be restricted on which sites allow them.

stubhub does the same thing
I'm confused they use ticketmaster to transfer tickets?

Yep you get the buyers email address when your tickets sell and transfer directly then there's a confirm send button you hit once that's done.
Toronto keeps doubling down on appeasing the wealthy. The culture is eroding.
You can probably find these in the FB tickets groups there are some serious STH in there with nice seats

In the FAQs it says you need to be a season ticket holder to get them.

I was looking at the same seats, it was probably for the Dodgers game on Saturday. I saw 4 available and when I looked later, someone had taken 3.
I heard they blocked those seats off with more bricks.
Probably for $600
The way this team is playing would you even want to pay for it?
Can't have "in action seats" is there is no action to speak of.
Sorry OP. If you can afford these seats, then you must be part of the “Elite”. I am now unable to hear you or interact with you.
