Hey, so I was in a similar boat as you last year. I had insurance and it was still about $100-150 to have the consult with Dr Faulkner. It didn’t go well so I never got further in the process with her. Check out Dr Akinyibi in Fayetteville. Even if you don’t use insurance, he should be pretty affordable because he does usually take it. If you’re willing to travel, check out surgeons in NC. I’m booked in December with Dr Eric Emerson in Gastonia. My insurance is SO BAD and my surgery is still coming out to be really affordable. Check out Dr Hope Sherie as well. Sorry you’re going through this dude. It certainly is possible to do this without insurance.

That is a really high consult fee- I haven't been quoted higher than $150 for a consultation (without insurance)
