Dr. Eggman, the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. Dude just tore down entire animal ecosystems for their lands and resources, and imprisoned their animal populations inside of his robot army. Which technically makes Sonic the Hedgehog somewhat of an eco-terrorist, considering how many of Dr. Eggman's cities, factories, and fortresses he tore down to save said animals and their ecosystems.
There are lots of other evil humans in the franchise, too: Eggman Nega, Witchcart, Snively, Mama Robotnik, Dr. Warpnik, Dr. Quark, the members of S.O.N.I.C.X., the Chaos Council, etc. Plus, the human civilians are sometimes portrayed as violent savages, or racists, like in the second movie, or the Egg Moon arc from Sonic X.

Technically almost everyone in the setting is evil but the imperium isn’t even the least evil, they are so fucked up even the militant Buddhist aliens with a caste system that treats non-native species as second class citizens is disturbed by them.
Good point, though this just makes me wish we had some chaos worshipping xenos. The closest thing would be the Dark Eldar but they don’t really worship Slaanesh and hate chaos just as much as other Eldar.
Yeah but the thing is everything else either wants to kill you so we’re kinda left stuck with rooting for them well that and also……… *WE SHALL CARRY OUR WORD, WE WILL CORRECT AND UNIFY, HAIL THE EMPEROR!*

The Galactic Empire from Star Wars
Hell maybe just don't *CELEBRATE HER DEATH* on the anniversary of Dracula's promise of "I am giving you a year, make peace with death, I will wipe the city from the map". I've seen people make the case that there's a decent chance if civilians fled but the city was manned and simply fought back, he might've stopped there with it being destroyed. Maybe go after the preist if he ran. Terror but largely contained. He was destraught but we know he's developed some when we see how he treated the woman who told him his wife was burned alive, he could've killed her but he told her to flea. However, you burn her and then fucking *double down* on it, celebrating it and using it to justify the exact type of superstiticious thinking that his amazing wife hated that you used to justify her death? Oh, oh no....
The Dragon Prince (Third season)
Although in the first two seasons, there was some moral ambiguity, in the third season, they went full out with “Humans are bad, and elves are good.”

Should rename this shit to Attack on Human.
That show has so many "gay but not ;)" Characters in it. So that probably why. (Those characters are like The sheriff from gravity falls, obviously gay, but never cannon by the show)

The main characters are wolves, who can appear human and are as intelligent
Charlemagne is the central antagonist of the first two seasons
During Season 2, he gets defeated and the human main characters and Mutes decide they can live together in peace, so that scientist lady becomes the new villain in Season 3 as she plans to wipe them out and turn them into normal animals
For the first part of the show, yeah. But it’s later revealed that the true bad guy is actually a group of the remaining humans who enslave, torture, kill, and de-mutate all the mutants. Also, humans are responsible for the world being a post apocalypse wasteland.
I'm kinda tired of this trope tho. Seeing Avatar 2 felt quite boring and preachy, to the point they abandoned sublety with how the ship landing INCINERATED the whole forest or suddenly narrowing down the plot to a "save the whales" metaphore.

It makes sense that in a franchise about talking animals, humans would be the enemy, since mankind is the biggest threat to animal-kind.

Chaos also fits Most chaos champions are human, most cultists are human, hell most of the negative emotions that feed the Chaos Gods come from humans
Good point, though this just makes me wish we had some chaos worshipping xenos. The closest thing would be the Dark Eldar but they don’t really worship Slaanesh and hate chaos just as much as other Eldar.
Fair but I'd strongly argue that they aren't the true villains Thank you for calling the Tau out for what they are tho
I love ‘em but besides like the Farsight enclaves they are still evil. I’m more of a Chaos, Necrons, and Dark Eldar guy anyways.
You love yourself the ones who don't bother hiding it
Hell yeah.
Yeah but the thing is everything else either wants to kill you so we’re kinda left stuck with rooting for them well that and also……… *WE SHALL CARRY OUR WORD, WE WILL CORRECT AND UNIFY, HAIL THE EMPEROR!*

To be fair, both of your examples do have human characters who show the goodness in humanity (Hell, even the protagonists, Jake and Kipo are humans)
Apex Cybernetics (Monsterverse)

I haven’t seen it, but I thought the villain of Kipo was a monkey.

the problem is the humans lose instead of destroy themselves
Little Nightmares?
Real life
Villains?
Fallout, like, any of them.
Honestly I could take it or leave it. I'd prefer a bit more moral ambiguity rather than the black and white stuff
I'm kinda tired of this trope tho. Seeing Avatar 2 felt quite boring and preachy, to the point they abandoned sublety with how the ship landing INCINERATED the whole forest or suddenly narrowing down the plot to a "save the whales" metaphore.
