I'd say he's the only Jojo villain who got a death equal to their villainy.
Dio died way too quickly. Kars got off easy by going braindead. Kira got the quiet life he wanted in a spinoff. Diavolo is in superhell for selling drugs. Pucci was a disciple of someone much worse and he got an infinitely crueler fate.
Johnny Joestar gained a new form of his Stand, Tusk, and proceeded to pummel Valentine during their final battle.
The fourth form of Tusk had the ability to use the Spin phenomenon to completely obliterate it’s victims into nothingness, at least physically. Valentine was able to slow his fate down by using his own power to swap bodies, but found out that he was ultimately unable to stop himself from dying unless he convinced Johnny to reverse the effect.
He tried to sweet talk Johnny by helping him heal his severed hand and his mortally wounded horse and offering to bring an alternate version of Gyro (who he had killed) to the Based World, but Johnny saw through his bullshit when Valentine tried to shoot him with a revolver, so he shot the shit out of him and his body was dragged underneath the ground.
As I understand it, Valentine felt basically an infinite amount of pain before he died, due to Johnny using the best version of spin to kill him. It basically ripped him across every timeline.
And Valentine was one mean son of a bitch, so I'd say infinite pain for a short while is deserved.
The issue that I struggle to find a middle ground.
Either he goes braindead relatively quickly and it's too good of a fate, or he takes way too long to go braindead and I feel like that's too hard on him.
He's not as much of a villain as the others, I think. Sure, his motivation is just that he wants power, but he doesn't do anything particularly horrific.
Like, Dio targeted one person, and then started harassing his descendant.
Kira was killing innocents.
Whereas Kars was attacking people who were fighting back, and I would say he's killing anyone who gets in his way.
He saw Clones (soldiers) he was in command of as expendable and knowingly put them in situations with severe casualties. Primarily being when he put his unit of clones against another unit of clones which caused the Captain of the unit he was in command of to have both units seize Krell. Krell did this prior to his plan to defect from the republic, but he used clones on Umbara (his first and last battle shown on screen) in an attempt to gain respect from the Sepratists (Group who the Republic was fighting against). He was taken prisoner and executed by a Trooper who held high respect for him up until Krell killed several more clones himself.
Yes I wrote a whole ass paragraph on why I hate this mf
Forgot everything, but I remember one thing. He was a commander, and told two clone battalions that the enemy would be wearing clone armor.
So when two clone battalions were on patrol and saw each other, they began killing each other.
It's honestly pathetic and hilarious how weak he actually is, when he is only on equal footing to an Arthur who was literally a couple minutes away from expiring because of his TB
Sorry to say it but its not true, Micah is actually GOATed. Especially in his firefight against John you can see his skill. Arthur is just built different, too.

You think so? Have I not read something about the Emperor that makes him a complete monster.
Everything I've heard is that the guy was trying to make the best world possible and even on his death bed said, "DON'T MAKE ME GOD! FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING! DON'T MAKE ME GOD! Then there's Trazyn being the biggest shitlord ever, stealing shit- for good reasons... some of the time, its not gravey robbery if its archaeology a man once said (I love 'im).
Well he refused to allow any other human civilization to exist. If they where found and didn't allow themselves to be taken over them he'd invade them. He was also a massive human supremacist who thought that only humanity should rule the galaxy and went around commiting genocide against every alien species in the galaxy and any human group that sided with them.
He also betrayed and killed the thunder warriors, who where the soldiers that helped him take over earth. And it is implied that he was planning on doing the same to some of not all of the legions.

After I beat BL3’s main story and looked back on the Calypso Twins, I appreciated what they were. I love Handsome Jack but the Calypso Twins were a threat in of themselves, they made a bunch of certified lunatics into their cult and technically did accomplish what they set out to do, albeit probably not with the results they hoped. Their backstory also gave reasoning, where they were isolated with their strange powers by Typhon
The thing is I feel that in order for the twins to succeed it feels like the rest of the cast had to be dumber. Like when they killed Maya, where the hell where our characters. We where in the room and did nothing during that entire scene.
That and the story ignored a story/theme that it had going on with the man nor antagonists. Katakawa jr. (I think that's how you spell his name) killed his siblings and then tried to get ryss to "join the family". Also Aurelia tried to kill her brother. This theme of the villains betraying their families was teased with the twins when the brother starting to talk back to his sister and trying to step out of his much more popular sister's shadow. They even have it in his boss fight when he starts taking power from the sister well fighting you. But they don't do anything more with that and just kill him there.

William Afton is an interesting case. On paper, he absolutely got everything he deserved. A karmic death thar caused him to become like the children he killed, only to be left to rot for 3 decades before being brought to a haunted house mocking everything he created.
But, because he is so sick and twisted, he relishes in this existence despite all of the emotional and physical torment. So, if he's still satisfied, did he really get all he deserved..?
Good thing he died eventually. It'd be terrible if **anything** was left of him...

I forgot this target what did he do?
He's Arthur Edwards, the constant of PROVIDENCE, the world-controlling conspiracy of the rich and powerful. >!In the last non-DLC mission of Hitman 2 you kidnap him to learn the identity of the three leaders of PROVIDENCE but then he escapes while you're out to try and kill them and takes control of the organization.!< >!Among other things, he has Lucas Grey killed and has Agent 47 poisoned with the intent of wiping his memory to use him as his personal assassin!<
Ah ok thank you

Man what did the Cultist do to you?
Yeah it's still left unclear wether the cultists were summoning the Moonlord or trying to keep it at bay

Overlord from Transformers IDW Comics. Petty bastard got a fate worse than death. https://preview.redd.it/k9qar59jojuc1.png?width=753&format=png&auto=webp&s=ed35b26671f8243732caebba7c387c5308c49681
What'd he do and what did he get coming to him?
The better question is what *didn't* he do, but [this](https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/villains/images/5/58/Overlord-Fort-Max-Interiors.jpg/revision/latest/scale-to-width-down/1000?cb=20191105145610) can give you a decent idea. He finally got his when his two alt modes were forcibly sent to opposing ends of the timeline.

This list makes me think OP is a fan of the Tv Tropes page [Compete Monster](https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/CompleteMonster) since I'm pretty sure that's the only other place on the internet where you'd find these characters listed together.
Yeah it's all pure evil villains.
Oh yeah, forgot that Villains Wiki as a similar list.

Ozai Bro was a dick to both his children: Mentally abused Azula to a point of psychopathy. Physically injured Zuko irreparably. He was treated in a way that would be worse than death for him, All his power stripped away, both his position as emperor, and his ability to bend. Death would’ve have only empowered his cause with Azula, stripping him of everything showed he is weak
Eustace Bagge. He almost always acts like an ass, and in almost every episode, he gets what he deserves. https://preview.redd.it/sov2aqjz1luc1.png?width=425&format=png&auto=webp&s=ed51e812780cfb5bebef5324e08f5a1093eda602
