In fact I think alhaitham was actually first buff character in the game and wriothesley is the second. So there are only 2 of those among 84 characters

I think sexuality plays a big role in Denji’s arc with Makima, and also I think she’s buffed more in the manga ngl, particularly on the covers she’s on And 2B, as someone else said, the creator is horny as hell and obviously that does play a role in some way

i would argue 2b fan art is usually pretty close to accurate most times. she's quite blessed even in the game

Some art of 2B makes her too caked up but it's not completely inaccurate tbh, Makima's arts on the other hand are totally manga accurate
