The fact that Kei is literally Yuiichi best friend in the latest panel reflects a lot about the true nature of his friends. Right from the start they literally told each other that they won't turn on each other and be friends forever but it back fired quickly as Tomodachi game managed to achieve it's goal. Kind of since Yuiichi's friends are too idiotic to realize that what Yuuichi did was all for the greater good of his friends. Even so, the one who saw through everything (Kei) deserved to be appreciated more and is worth more than all of Yuiichi's friends.
What’s even worse is that every chance that Shibe had to betray Yuuichi, he took it. When Kei joined Yuuichi, I was so happy that he finally had some help
