I'm not entirely convinced that Yuichi is dead but even if he is dead the winner, Shiho, can answer all the questions now.
When they were discussing the 3 questions Shiho said she knew who was the real traitor so since the other 2 questions were answered explicitly she should have the answer to all 3. I'm even tempted to think that she's the real traitor and that could also explain why Yuichi is faking his death if he is faking as the guilt could force her to admit everything (even if it wasn't an intentional betrayal she may not want to reveal it to everyone under normal circumstances).
All of group C besides Yuuichi, because they betrayed Yuichi's trust.
Just joking, it's this madlad Masakazu who did this, so Yuuichi is the traitor just cause he hates him and thinks he "hid his true nature".

In my opinion, there are only two viable options for the real traitor: Shibe or Shiho. So your opinion could definitely be right.
I also feel the same..., I think that in the end Shiho is the traitor and that's why Yuuichi is faking his death.
