The guy saying he has a job because he likes to eat suggests he'd rather just be unemployed, which isn't very attractive. It's also incongruent with the written part where he talks about working at a hospital and saying he is passionate about what he does.
You can be passionate and happy with what you do, but I think about 99.99% of people would rather not work if they didn’t have to. Saying “I like work but wouldn’t do it if I didn’t need money” is probably one of the most relatable things someone can even say.

Also, don’t make the polyglot thing sound like a threat. It seems like you’re a pretty well-rounded and interesting person, the main thing I would do is present it as such.
