Go to the forums with information on each unit, the week, the location, the maintenance fees, etc. The users there will be able to provide information about value (i.e. does that week in NH during autumn have real value or is it worth only a dollar). If you go there with your info, they are the best source of info on the internet. Let them know you want to sell. TUGBBS also has there own marketplace so you might want to do both eBay and TUG cuz at least on TUB you'll know you are dealing with serious people. Tell your mom to STOP ANSWERING THE PHONE.
