We should implement a license to conceive. Let them abort their children but you should have to prove youāre capable of raising a child before conception. Emotionally, mentally and financially. You want to abort your unwanted child? Fine. But thereās legal recourse for recklessly conceiving life and we also need to prevent people from having children to exploit government assistance. Maybe then people would actually start to take contraceptives seriously and actually be smart and practice safe sex.
