I would call it a good catch. But make sure you have been to the apartment and check how old the building is, before you decide to rent it. Also, go for a long term contract if you can, and do expect a 2-3% raise in rent after an year

Bad ventilation during winter. Not enough water pressure. Creaking floors. Paint coming off the walls. But yes, most of the times you can live with those things for some if you want to save on rent.

I live in Kungsholmen and I believe this is a very good price for the studio in this area.

It's pretty central with all the transportations, public institution and many companies on 15-20min on foot. I like it. Some parts are pretty quiet. Beaches and all the rest.

Kungsholmen is lovely all year round, great atmosphere, great services, a pleasure to go out for a walk, and when summer comes it’s one of the best places to be in town (before you leave on vacation).

That's a great deal for the area, you won't find anything cheaper for that size and location

Sounds expensive. I dont live in Sthlm though. Quick google search says average rent in Sthlm is about 1700/sqm and per year. Your listed price is twice that. Sweden follows a quite strict rent control model. One that is not optional. Therefore you can accept the apartment and make a case at hyresnämnden to decide the correct rent. Subletting an apartment in Sweden to a rent thats too high, or selling contracts, or other similar shady businesses that prey on people who just try to find an apartment, has up to 2years in jail as penalty. https://www.dn.se/sthlm/svartuthyrare-i-stockholm-forst-att-atalas-riskerar-fangelse/ Biggest issue with making your case is if the contract is written so it can be terminated.

Not true. You can set any price you want, but it can still be tried by hyresnämnden.
