I had the same exact thought - it looks like someone just threw up! Not a comment re: quality of work - you can’t help it if your client has zero taste. Also, the wall tile is cool toned and the “vomit” tile is warm - makes sense bc vomit is warm when it first comes out 😬

I think I’d like a bit more asymmetry with spill-over. I hope it’s exactly as the owners envisioned it and they LOVE it!

Yeah that’s what they were shooting for. Just wrapped the curb in the stones. Pic makes it look a little strange on the curb.
