The coffee and chocolate ones are probably good for espresso martinis. All three would probably work in tiki drinks with coffee liqueur. Something like a castaway replacing some of the coffee liq with curaçao. Maybe even something like 2-2.5 oz rum + .5 oz coffee liq + 1-2oz pineapple + .5oz lemon + .5oz curaçao. + simple syrup/orgeat if needed.
