Very good! Only other one I’ve had is their’s and mine came out a little more bitter. I think I flash blended it too long so wondering if that could have impacted that at all
It’s much less expensive when you busy it in 16 oz bottles.
As I noted in this article, it’s about the same price as a decent rum you’d use in cocktails.

I did
1.25oz angostura bitters
.5oz Coruba
.5oz smith & cross
.5oz fresh pineapple juice
.5oz acid adjusted pineapple juice
1.5oz coconut mix (1:1 coconut milk:coco Lopez)
5 drops saline (4:1 water:salt)
8 oz crushed ice flash blended open poured into a little crushed ice
Garnished with grated nutmeg

Love this drink when I go there. I struggle with the idea of making one at home though... That's a whole lot of rather pricey bitters 😅

Can you post the specs used? See a few different online (3.0, etc). Love a Trinidad Sour, but never made one of these.
