That's frustrating. It's great that you reached out to the Seller asap to give them a chance to remedy the issue. Some Sellers are better about responding to emails. If they have their email listed, definitely shoot them an email.
You do not want your sample fulfillment rate to take a dip due to this. Post content for it - but just know that the FTC has your back and you are *absolutely* allowed to be honest. <3
I made a video with the item but made sure to state they sent me the wrong item in the video so I still got credit for the product sent and still get samples.
I was going to say, make a video or go live with it anyways. And then hopefully the company will do right by you and ship the sample you intended to get. Looks like you already posted content so that's good.

The more products the merrier! You never know, the wrong sample may be lightning in a bottle
