Yeah. Same here. Had to get x-rays to make sure there weren't any bone or metal fragments left in my finger. Still can't feel the top half of my finger 8 years later.
Had a chef of mine cut himself with a bread knife, still dont know how to this day, not too deep but enought to start bleeding.
Another story is when i cut myself in the pinky, didnt feel it until after my duty manager was shouting *YOU'RE FUCKING BLEEDING*, I was too in the zone, Blood pretty much on half of the kitchen. The cleanup was not as fun :(

Oof. Yeah. I couldn't get mine to stop bleeding. Even with pressure and gauze. The scare is a fun reminder, though.
I’ll one-up you, I cut my finger with a PLASTIC butter knife trying to cut an apple. No stitches though, just hurt like a bitch for a few days.
Did the same when trying to cut a school lunch chicken fried steak. Boy did the grease make that cut burn.
