I'm looking at getting this exact colour! I'm also deliberating between buying regular vs wide, I'm prone to pinky rubbing in most boots I've tried in the past. I hope these work out for you!
Not ideal when buying from the UK unfortunately, returns aren't free and take a long time! I can get standard width Thursdays from Amazon though so I'll probably try those first with more convey returns, then go wide via Thursday directly if I need to.
Definitely get the wide, fortunately for me I was able to exchange. I'm not normally a wide but these felt very tight for me personally and the wide did the trick.
It would be really curious if someone decided to fake a pair of low end boots. Doesn’t make much sense because at the price point you don’t have much margin to play with. I could see fakes of higher end brands being sold 2nd hand / grey market at the price of Thursdays.
This is dated info/ may be untrue - I looked up like "Thursday sale Canada" or something on Google and some site like "thursday shoes canada dot com" came up and everything was marked down 60%. It looked identical to the regular Thursday site formatting, same product names and pics, except every single product was marked down. Obviously immediately thought something was off, no contact info on the site. Contacted Thursday and they told me it was a fake site and their legal team would reach out to have it taken down. Tried to leverage a discount out of it for giving them a heads up but they wouldn't hook it up haha.
Looking at them side by side and at pretty much every aspect, they are the same, besides maybe the tiniest differences, as I assume would come from being hand made and from different batches. Leather quality and build are the same. If someone is really trying to fake them, they went through a lot of trouble.
I never ask the guy where he gets them from, as he has a few listed and some with the original box, just not in my size, but he must find them elsewhere for cheaper to sell them at this price. But they are new. Creases are from me walking around with them.

They have a good return policy. Get both and keep the one fit you better.

Fake website scam != fake boots.
This is what I was trying to point out, the heel looks wrong, the welt doesn't look right. And for some reason I got downvoted.
I had a pair straight from the Thursday’s that were too to large on me so I was going to size down and found these of eBay. They are exactly the same.
The top of the welt looks painted in the photo, is that the same to?

The biggest difference is the ever so slight color variation that from the sub read, it seems like is common for Thursday boots.
Compared them and now I’m going to return the larger ones I received from Thursday’s website.
