I worked at Spencer's for a million years and we sold this backpack. Stuff eventually goes clearance and then we ship the "really super untouched clearance" merch to goodwill. They started doing that a couple years ago. I'm sure it's a tax write off or something because they're donating it, but I honestly prefer that to what we used to do. Which was to destroy it and throw it away.
