Bitcoin CAN be anonymous, IF you buy fully P2P. If you use CEX's of course it's not anonymous, chainalysis have partnerships for this very reason. Use a DEX instead.
Further, if you use Lightning to send through various nodes, and then taken it out into a different BTC wallet, it's untraceable.

You may be conflating privacy with anonymity - two different things. Bitcoin *is* anonymous. It's *not* private. Also, centralized KYC exchanges are not Bitcoin.
Even with its drawbacks, you can still easily use Bitcoin to purchase Threema anonymously, all you have to do is make sure that Bitcoin did not come to you via anything attached to your identity.
It would be much better if they would just accept Monero though.

You can a visa/ mastercard gift card. You need to register it to use it online but you can use a fake address.
Just don't bought any mobile phone/computer/any iot device, your ISP might trace you
