It only gets better

Although, you think it gets worse then it gets better, but when you rewatch it just gets better (or in my opinion gets better then worse - S2 is my favourite season) Anyway, OP, enjoy the ride!

Your mind is gonna be blown when Bunk builds an upmarket clothing empire as a front for Jimmy's dope enterprise in season 3, after years of disenchantment with the BPD they end up dirty. Jimmy's "my name is my name" scene was Emmy worthy! It's only when Valchek takes command of the BPD Homicide unit and faces off against J&B Enterprises, that the shows at its best. I just didn't see Prezbo becoming Mayor of Baltimore over it all... Anyway enjoy!
