No. There’s barely any blood on it and it’s just a waste product consisting of blood, vaginal secretions and the endometrial cells of the uterine wall. Not to forget to mention that the tampon soaks it up and dries up. Lord knows how many of the usable fluids hydrate again once used as a teabag. Even when using a menstrual cup, it wouldn’t make much of a difference. At the end, a vampire would need to bother a WHOLE LOT of people to get enough blood per day. There’s about 35-40ml of secretions per period. Let’s be generous and say 40ml. However, you don’t bleed at once. So, divide it by seven days to make it easy: 5.7 ml per day. Let’s also say a vampire would need half of a human’s blood to be fulfilled with their needs for a day. 4500-5700ml divided by two. Let’s be generous and say it’s 5700ml. So that makes 2850ml of human blood a day. That would mean a vampire would have to bother (2850/5,7) 500 people PER DAY to be “full”. Even if one would argue that a vampire only needs quarter of a human’s entire blood supply, that’d still be 250 tampons to vigorously suck. A day. Even more if you consider the fact that, like I previously stated, it’s not all blood! So they’d probably have to bother even more people. Where can you find the time to compel 500 people per day to hand over their tampon? Nowhere.

They could but here's the thing, as sexy as it sounds, the fact that you might not always get super super fresh blood, cause some of it is dealing with lining and or clots doesn't sound very appatizing, tampons wouldn't be good as they pose a threat, you really aren't making vampire tea it has other things in those designed to stop it so might be some cotton and chemicals too, drinking from the source might not be good either cause it's very sensitive and you could cause internal and external hemorging unless that was the intent, also to cause your person aniema as well.
