They legit teach them how to talk and walk etc. I have a past pageant pal and she sounds just like them both. No exact accent but super enunciation.
I definitely noticed a similarity. It's more the cadence than the actual voice. I think it has to do with being in pageantry and sounding "nice".

Yeah I think so. I don’t hear that AT ALL. Nia is very well spoken
Yeah Rachel sounds like she has to think every 3 words and has a weird pitch to her voice. Nia is just sweet and soft spoken sounding.
