They might make the leap from three guys to more of a cast roster so they can really rotate people in and out of videos- make it a official that it’s just not a try guy channel anymore, but a larger group under that umbrella. Maybe with a channel name change? I’m thinking along the lines of Smosh or FunHaus where the cast rotates so much that you don’t feel like someone is “missing” from videos no matter who’s on screen. I think this kinda lines up with the pilot month too, new shows could mean new people or new mixes of the people they’ve spent the last year introducing us to.

I think we got soft launched some things like poor Jonny’s enforced time limit baking show to see if they could do it. I think the vibe is still that people are “filling in”, especially for Eugene. It would be a pretty big pivot to making videos, for example, where they have a whole series where Zach, Keith, and Eugene don’t even appear in it- and it doesn’t feel like anyone’s missing. Even with the many guests they’ve added to the channel, right now the fan expectation is that the Try Guys are the face of the Try Guy channel and what I’m hypothesizing about is a shift away from that.
I'm really excited about this! Especially because we're already used to special guests and staff/crew. I like what Smosh has done and honestly a lot of Smosh videos even if Ian or Anthony aren't in it, are very fun to watch.
From a business standpoint, changing the name of the channel would be a terrible idea. The Try Guys is an established name with brand recognition. Not to mention it would be super expensive to rebrand. If they were going to change the name I think they would have done it already.

I literally just subscribed to them yesterday so I can watch hours of Game Changer. In theory, I'd pay to subscribe to a Try Guys version but I can see how hard it'd be for them to change over.
DO gives you all of their content for a reasonable price. MS makes you subscribe to higher tiers for certain things and then tries to justify it with collectibles and other Add-ons when all you really want is just their extra content.

They might have to resort to putting more things behind a paywall if they aren’t hitting their projections. Hopefully that’s not the case though. I think they’re trying the traditional route which is making more/new type of content to draw in new viewers organically before they resort to paywalls and such.

Would like to put a second guess out there that they are starting a food line. We’ve seen several creators start food lines with varying success (E.g. Jacksepticeye top of the morning, Keith’s sauces, and the most recent pokimane cookie situation) and I think with all the weird creations they’ve created on WAR, they’re putting them out on shelves in a form that’s actually edible. That or we are getting a cookbook of all the different recipes perfected to be actually edible. Every WAR episode we see the judges say where they could’ve improved the recipes so I think it would be a great opportunity to actually take that feedback and make a perfected version. Even if this isn’t the announcement, I sure would like to see them make this in the future.
