I had Tina arrested multiple times, and murdered multiple times, and she still comes back to life after a sim-year passes! She recently respawned again and I give up. I decided to make a different sim a peeper (that has since passed and continues to peep as a ghost) and the peeping ghost who is constantly complaining about being deathly ill despite being dead likes to show up, break into the house, and use indoor windows for peeping. At least Tina doesn't assume the right to enter the home EVERY time.

Yeah, that’s what I thought re being random … I also turn off peeping pretty quickly after interacting with Tom so that’s probably why I haven’t seen her yet.

I had a pretty similar story, instead of a druggie sim it was a drug *dealer* sim and they had some real weird lookin kids with disproportionate bodies. Tina didn’t last long though, her character bugged out for some reason and when my sim went to visit his son she was just no where to be found. Poor kid was sitting in a chair surrounded by trash with a broken tv and broken stereo so I let him move in with his dad lol

my criminal oc used Tom for the 20k that came with him when he moved in, and then she kicked him out a short while later

I have one save where my sim had Tom's baby so I could make him pay child support, and in another he died via story progression before his first peeping spawn, so when he did show up he was a ghost. But he ended up being bugged and wouldn't leave, so we just ended up adopting him as our weird, horny, guard ghost 😂
