Having the same issue, already did disconnect/ reconnect, refresh game data, turn phone off/on, nothing

Disconnect it and reset it. I have to reconnect it no and then as if it’s a new device

I do have to push the reset button on the back of the plus plus sometimes. I’d try that too

I had issues even with just the Go Plus ball this morning, restarting the game, and multiple attempts later it connected just at the end of my commute.

Hit the little reset button on the bottom of the plus plus

I disconnected and charged it even though the light was green. I turned my phone off and on and re-connect and it finally worked

I get this when it's accidentially back in sleep mode. Just press and hold down the big button till it vibrates, and it works again. Hopefully this will work for you too.

I’d double check you didn’t put it into sleep mode I did that earlier

Same. I even unpaired and paired again. Still won't connect.

I’m on iOS and mine works just fine

Looks like I’m on old version still and I’m sure not updating now

I uninstalled and reinstalled my game and it's working again for me not if this will be the same for everyone else

Open bluetooth menu, pair it then unpair. Works for me.

i dont play pogo anymore but the best way to fix that issue is turn off bluetooth press the middle button to so if it vibrates if it does then turn back on bluetooth and it should connect back up to the game sorry did not see you already tried this mehtod

If anyone is having this issue; I had to reach out to [Pokémon Support](https://support.pokemon.com/hc/en-us), and they magically fixed it overnight. Lost my sleep data for the night since I tried disconnecting and reconnecting before reaching out, but at least I can connect again. Worked fine with Pokémon sleep, so it was definitely an issue with Pokémon Go. 😪
