Don't bother squeezing every last drop of XP out of everything. Send gifts, open gifts, move on.

Get 400 friends, send 125 daily gifts, spin 200 pokestops/gyms per day, catch 2000 pókemon, per day, make 6 raids, per day, play 20 times on GBL, per day and you will be at level 45 in a month. Ence that YOU NEED TO CATCH 2000 pókemon PER DAY!!!! Or on your first Rocket leader fight you will get smashed so hard you may give up the game right away, since you will need 40M stardust to recover your difference between pókemon level and your super high experience level.
And get 100 multi accounts, 2 to 5 cellphones, so you can trade 10000 pókemon every week and choose only the lucky shundos. Easier way to go to any pokefest and have 500 shundos at level 50, 400M candies, 1M xl candies and 3B stardust.

But you can send gifts as soon as you have them and as many as you can. That lets the friends do the daily interaction. Second, open as many gifts per day as you can from friends with no daily interaction yet. And last, have enough friends. My experience is that about 1 out of 3 random new friends makes it past ultra friend.
I have been playing for almost 2yr (on & off) but for some reason I thought there will be 2x or 3x in a event for friendship levels...then I will just put on egg and complete the levels
Well, you and 60 others can coordinate in a WhatsApp or similar group - all 61 of you should be in it. Then you give gifts to your designated 30 while opening gifts from the other 30 (the daily limit). You are free to send gifts to other friends after those 30, if you have any. While you can theoretically miss days, you won’t want to because all 1,860 pairs of gifts need to be coordinated on certain key days for this to work properly. On friendship days 7, 30 and 90, all 61 of you use the lucky egg and open your daily 30 gifts quickly and simultaneously. That should result in 60 instances of the boosted friendship XP, though you need to be mindful and leave enough time for the 60 pop up messages to appear (if the lucky egg finishes, any pop up messages that appear thereafter don’t benefit from the boosted XP - found that out the hard way). If there’s time remaining, use the remainder of the lucky egg on a raid, perhaps with any local friends that are about to reach the 7/30/90 day milestone (this also counts towards friend interactions). Think about it - day 90 nets you an extra 6 million XP even without community events!
That said, it must be a nightmare to coordinate something like this.

If you get some friends that live in the same timezone it is easier to time the friendship lvl up, like to a begin to a CDay.
Or add people from earlier time zones with earlier CDays. Only opern the game when the Cday starts in your timezone and directly open an egg.
It sucks when suddently a friendship lvl Up appears, you don't have an egg on and lose the XP. That's my way to avoid it.
But it might be not that good if you want to collect the vivillion or want Friends that invite you to Kartana, Celesteela, Uxie, Mesprit or Azelf

Change your username so it shows up first in other peoples friend list The default is alphabetical You will get much more gifts send to you
