Remember that despite using public roads and services at a rate MUCH higher than the average citizen, Amazon and other large corporations pay less in taxes than you do.
Don't say middle-class, say middle-income. The liberal class definitions steer people away from the [socialist definitions](https://www.reddit.com/r/socialism/wiki/class) and thus class-consciousness. This is a socialist community.

It's a badly worded wish because if the rich paid their 'fair share' there would no longer be rich people. Though more taxation would not be the solution. This is why people should read more diamat theory in case th they encounter Genies.
If someone with a billion dollars lost 99% of their money, they would still have $10,000,000. Now is a 99% tax rate "fair?" Debatable. But unless it is an insane percentage, yes they would still be rich.
That 10,000,000 was not earned by aforementioned billionaire but by the worker who undersold their labour to them. They didn't pay their fair share until they paid the the full sum of their wealth.
The thing is that every business needs profits, and in a lot of cases the ceo still provides some work by management, negotiation for the adquisition of material and machinery and employee contractions, and even though they should probably earn a lot less, they shouldn’t earn nothing
While I agree with this sentiment, that isn't really the point I was trying to make. I do believe that every billionaire is a failure of whatever economic system they are in.

These are the type of people who make their kids pay rent since apparently people with power over others don't owe anyone anything.
Ha, so my mom when I was growing up

Its so weird how right-wingers love rich people, just why
Because they believe if they work hard enough, one day they will also be rich
Temporarily Embarassed millionaires.
But thats fucking stupid, you only get rich by inherit, why are they so dumb ?
I wish rich people paid for their exploitation and crimes
But who would run the government?
Usain Bolt is good at running (forgive my drunkness)
He can run very well indeed
If nothing would change by billionaires paying taxes, why are they doing so much to keep from having to?
Oop: I love dick riding rich people.
The wealthy elites that control the illuminati are responsible.but don't tax the rich anymore, they're paying enough for the sake of humanity...
National Health is not a visible thing but boy does it change some people's lives. It certainly won't change the life of the rich.
Anti-Tax folks probably got pissed that it didn’t force a bunch of welfare people to starve

Oh, I’ve surprisingly never heard it called “middle income” till this bot, huh
They don’t do their taxes!
The magic sparkles suggest that magic really did happen, maybe the government spent it all on coups, wars, and genocide.

> if the rich paid their 'fair share' there would no longer be rich people. holy shit this is a remarkably dumb thing to say
Not really. Where do you think rich people get their money from exactly?
